Yes, we guarantee that your order will leave our warehouse the same business day!
It is now IMPOSSIBLE to place an order on our site that will not ship out the same business day. We've modified our shopping cart so that if it's not in our warehouse... you CAN'T put it in your cart.

If your order is placed before 11:00am (Paris Time) it will ship out that SAME DAY! This guarantee applies to business days only (Monday to Friday). 
Due to limited postal hours we are unable to guarantee shipments on weekends and postal holidays.

Shipping fees : A flat sum will be charged depending on your chosen delivery address :
7,00€ for France
15,00€ for other countries in Europe
24,00€ for all the other destinations outside Europe.

Shipping Method and Delays : We dispatch all orders through the French Postal service “La Poste”.
For a delivery in France: the delay is 48 hours*.
For a delivery in Europe: the delay is 3 to 5 days*.
For a delivery to other destinations the delay is 5 to 10 days*.
