All prices are shown in euros, VAT included.
Delivery
We want to be sure you receive your order. All orders are sent by “La Poste France” with a tracking number and generally arrive within 3 working days. International orders are sent by international recorded delivery and generally arrive within 5 working days. You will be kept informed via e-mail as to the status of your order.
Refunds & Exchanges
We guarantee your satisfaction. If the goods are faulty, please return them within 7 days for an immediate refund or exchange. As you are purchasing a secret, along with the trick itself, it is impossible to exchange items if they are not faulty, as you will have learned the secret. This rule, as I am sure you will understand, must be imposed for the good of magic.

Here at Zig/Zag Import, we want you to feel totally secure with your online transactions. The Shopping Cart is encrypted, meaning that other people cannot intercept your vital information, such as credit card details, address etc. We would like to assure you that we do not keep your credit card details in our database. It is also our policy not to pass on customer data to third parties.
